Building climate resilience

Climate change and unprecedented natural resource depletion pose serious threats to food security and nutrition, especially for women farmers and small-scale food producers.

Rural women are on the frontlines of a changing climate but have limited access to productive resources, services, education and employment opportunities while experiencing excessive workloads and limited decision-making power.

Meet the filmmakers

The film was produced by award-winning production company Somesuch & Co and shot and directed by film director Camille Summers-Valli with women from IFAD-supported projects in Nepal and Mozambique.
